Registered Office

Certain businesses may not need a physical office location and often benefit from the cost savings and practicality of utilising our registered office service. As it is a requirement for companies to have a local registered office address, we offer a service to clients to use our address as their registered office address, where we provide mail forwarding or scanning services if required, depending on individual requirements.

Certain industries qualify to use their HDB addresses as its registered office, subject to approval from HDB. PO Boxes, however, cannot be used as a company's registered office address.

If you require mail forwarding, an additional $10/month would be charged.

Striking Off

Companies may consider ceasing business under various circumstances. Striking off the company from the register can be the fastest and most cost effective way to close the company. Should you decide to close your company, we can help in the process of preparing the company for striking off, and applying to ACRA once the requirements have been met to ensure a smooth process in closing the business.
